Tuesday, July 13th, 2010The NPA-sponsored Bloody Mary Breakfast is on Sunday, July 18th at 9:00am. There will be a variety of breakfast items, coffee, tea and of course the traditional Bloody Mary cocktails prepared by NPA’s own mixologist, Dave Howe.
Sackets Harbor Yacht Club’s Blessing of the Fleet – Saturday July 17th @ 1:00pm
Tuesday, July 13th, 2010This year’s Blessing of the Fleet is on Saturday, July 17th at 1:00pm. Registration forms can be picked up across the harbor at the Sackets Harbor Yacht Club.
NPA / USCG Safety Demonstration – Saturday, July 17th @ 10:00am
Tuesday, July 13th, 2010Please join us in a safety presentation this Saturday, July 17th at 10:00am, Chief Robinson of the U.S. Coast Guard will demonstrate the proper handling and discharge of handheld and gun-fired signal flares. This event is an opportunity for you to safely and legally dispose of your expired flares. Chief Robinson encourages all family members to attend the safety training, especially children, who Chief feels are often ill-prepared to react in an emergency. Please meet at the flagpole on Saturday morning and bring your expired flares.

Steak & Clam Feast: Start Time Changed to 6pm
Wednesday, August 12th, 2009The fabulous 2009 NPA Steak & Clam Feast will be held on Saturday, August 29th. The start time has been changed to 6:00pm instead of 5:00pm.

Sue Winje to Retire: NPA DOUBLES PAY for Event Coordinators
Tuesday, June 30th, 2009After Eleven years of providing exceptional leadership for the Welcome Back Picnic & Bloody Mary Breakfast events, Sue Winje is looking for volunteers to take over coordinating these NPA events. Sue will work with Dave Howe on this year’s Bloody Mary Breakfast (9 a.m. July 19th) but is looking to train an apprentice for next year. Please let Sue or I know if you would like to be more involved in either of these functions.
