Notes from the NPA Commodore

As you may know, about 20 boats from the Rochester Yacht Club will visit Navy Point over the 4th of July Holiday. The RYC and NPA would like to invite you to participate in a brief ceremony at the flag pole on the east lawn at Navy Point. The observation will be at 10a.m. on the 4th.
